Almost every year when the south of India becomes very hot and humid we escape into the Parvati valley in Himachal Pradesh not only to deepen our traditional Yoga practice with the Baba's of the north, but ....

also to enjoy the  east - west valley with lots of sun and very little rain, while in Gokarna the monsoon is blasting. We will be back in Gokarna at the Namaste Yoga Farm by beginning of October.
