is not a restaurant, its a service exclusive for our guest.
Opens from 8am to 10.30am for breakfast and from 2pm to 7pm for a variety of snacks and a daily main course around the pool.
Our priority is health. We offer a menu according with the fresh products of the local market, cooked with simplicity to maintain the maximum benefits and flavor.
Nutrition is a huge subject, full of different theories. Just listen to your body. In our experience moderation and variety is the keys.
Cause we like home made foods we produce tofu and yogurt ourselves and buy from local families other home made products like cashew and peanut butter, cheese and bread. Some items such as virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, corn flakes, oats, nutella and tahini are import products.
We also have the privilege to offer spring water on our tables from the holy Rama Temple.
