guests seeking depth, silence, and meaningful connection with themselves and nature. This season is designed especially for: – Yoga retreat groups – Long-stay guests – Digital nomads and slow travelers – Guests seeking a quiet environment No party tourism, no loud music — simply space to breathe, rest, and reset. What you can enjoy Complimentary yoga for direct bookings in the open-air shala from 1 November to 31 March (one yoga class a day per guest, in the morning or afternoon, depending on availability and prior arrangement – please ask us before booking), a generous garden breakfast (included depending on your rate), access to the plunge pool and juice bar, a curated library of 300+ books, fast fibre Wi-Fi (up to 300 Mbps) across the property, peaceful common areas, and the rare luxury of true silence. Breakfast Experience Breakfast is an essential part of the retreat experience rather than just a meal. It is served slowly in the garden and prepared with care using high-quality ingredients. Guests typically enjoy German-style breads, homemade jams (including Ladakh apricot jam), seasonal fruits, local honey, roasted Arabica coffee, homemade yogurt and tofu, nut spreads, eggs prepared fresh, and rotating warm dishes that often include regional Indian specialties. The emphasis is on nourishment, digestion, and balance rather than heaviness — supporting yoga practice and sustained energy throughout the day. Juice Bar & Plunge Pool Our juice bar is designed as a wellness corner rather than a bar in the traditional sense. Throughout the day guests can enjoy freshly prepared cold-pressed juices, smoothies, herbal infusions, electrolyte drinks, and light healthy snacks. Ingredients are selected for freshness and vitality, often inspired by Ayurvedic principles. The plunge pool is intentionally quiet and small — created for cooling off, gentle relaxation, and contemplation, not social gatherings or entertainment. It is a reflective space, frequently used between yoga sessions or during silent afternoons. Lunch & Dinner Concept We intentionally do not operate a full restaurant. This is a conscious decision to protect the quiet rhythm of the property. Guests consistently appreciate the peaceful afternoons that result from this approach — time spent reading by the fishpond, resting in hammocks, listening to birds, walking to the ocean, or journaling. We recommend excellent nearby Ayurvedic and local restaurants and can coordinate catering for retreat groups when needed. For Yoga Teachers & Retreat Leaders Namaste Yoga Farm is designed with retreats in mind. The open-air yoga shala accommodates approximately 20 practitioners comfortably and is equipped for a wide range of practices including Hatha, Sivananda, Iyengar, meditation, breathwork, and workshops. Teachers benefit from flexible retreat structuring, customizable meal concepts, logistical planning support, and assistance with transfers and local coordination. The property layout supports group cohesion while still allowing individual privacy — a balance many retreat leaders specifically seek. Due to high demand and a strong return-guest base, advance reservations of 12–24 months are strongly recommended for groups wishing to secure preferred dates. Families & Children We warmly welcome families with children of all ages. The farm is quiet and has no entertainment programme, which many families enjoy as a real break.
