Yoga classes start 1st November 2019 every morning from 08.00 to 09.30 (90 min) and Yoga Nidra (Meditation) evenings around 19.00 (60 min) until 31.03.2020 with our in-house teacher. The schedule is subject to change to some weeks early yoga around 07.00. Guests have both classes daily inclusive with the accommodation rate. Attenting yoga classes is not obligatory, but we strongly suggest that you have at least a peak, maybe not the physical part, but breathing or pre-meditation lessons is what you need.
Focusing on breathing, flowing stretches, deep relaxation, correct postures, readings and classic yoga postures are practiced in a most gentle approach and with individual corrections.
All residents at Namaste Yoga Farm are welcome to the yoga classes in the morning and evening. The level of tuition is adjusted to the experience of the students.
