Terms & Conditions – Namaste Yoga Farm, Gokarna

1. Introduction
Welcome to Namaste Yoga Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, retreats, workshops, and accommodation at our property in Gokarna, India. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment is received in full.
2.2 Full prepayment (100%) is required to secure any reservation.
2.3 All payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid reservation without notice.

3. Cancellation, No-Shows & Refund Policy
3.1 All bookings at Namaste Yoga Farm are strictly non-refundable.
3.2 This applies to, but is not limited to: personal cancellations, no-shows, early departures, illness or injury, flight changes, missed connections, weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other personal or external circumstances.
3.3 No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks shall be accepted under any circumstances.
3.4 At our sole discretion, we may offer rescheduling or a credit voucher as a goodwill gesture. This is not a contractual right and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Changes to Services and Accommodation
4.1 We reserve the right to modify accommodation type, schedule, instructors, facilities, or retreat structure where operationally required.
4.2 Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
4.3 Where accommodation becomes unavailable for operational reasons, we may offer alternative accommodation of similar value or reschedule the stay, at our discretion.

5. Force Majeure, Operational Disruption & Loss of Access
Namaste Yoga Farm shall not be liable for any failure, cancellation, interruption, or modification of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters (including earthquakes, floods, storms, fire)

  • epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

  • government actions, regulations, travel restrictions, or lockdowns

  • loss of access to premises, termination of lease, or unavailability of facilities

  • infrastructure failure (water, electricity, internet, roads)

  • acts of third parties or property owners

In all such cases:

  • All payments remain non-refundable.

  • No compensation or damages shall be payable.

  • Travel costs, visa costs, and related expenses remain the guest’s responsibility.

  • At our sole discretion, we may offer rescheduling or a credit voucher, subject to availability.

6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Guests are expected to respect the peaceful nature of the retreat environment.
6.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion.

7. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver
7.1 Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
7.2 We accept no liability for injury, illness, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings.
7.3 Guests must inform us of any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to arrival.

8. Travel & Insurance
Guests are solely responsible for travel arrangements, visas, and insurance. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Third-Party Services
Any transport, tours, or external services arranged are provided by independent third parties. We accept no responsibility or liability for their performance.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and marketing material remains our exclusive property and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
