Namaste Yoga Farm was never meant to be one place among many. It was created to be a quiet alternative.
Here, silence is protected. Only guests enter the property. There is no walk-in traffic, no passing noise, no background music. Throughout the day, only the ocean and birds are heard. This calm is not accidental; it is maintained.
Cleanliness is treated as a given. Rooms, shalas, and shared spaces are cared for with consistency and attention. This creates ease. It allows guests to settle quickly and stay present.
Food is simple, but deliberate. We use extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Spain as standard. The jam served at breakfast is handmade by a 75-year-old German living in the Western Ghats. The brown bread comes from Goa, baked by a German baker married to a local woman, following European baking traditions. Coffee is roasted Arabic coffee, selected for its aroma and balance. Our salads come from around 300 kilometres away, sourced with care.. From 12:00 to 5:00 pm, the juice bar beside the plunge pool is open, offering a selection of freshly pressed juices and small, light snacks—served quietly and without interruption to the calm of the property.
There is no television. Instead, there is a library of around 300 books, collected slowly over many years. It is a space for reading, reflection, and silence.
Nature is not decoration here. Trees, shaded paths, and a quiet fishpond shape daily life. With only 13 accommodations, the property remains small by choice. Yoga groups often find themselves almost alone, sharing the space without intrusion.
Luxury at Namaste Yoga Farm is not defined by excess. It is defined by space, quiet, care, and time.
After 18 years, the farm has been refined through experience, not trends. Everything that exists here serves a purpose.
For those seeking noise or distraction, there are many places nearby.
For those seeking stillness, Namaste Yoga Farm remains.
