All Yoga activities are suspended, cause of COVID 19, until further notice
Yoga classes start 1st November 2020 every morning from 08.00 to 09.30 (90 min) and Yoga Nidra (Meditation) evenings around 19.00 (60 min) until 31.03.2021 with our in-house teacher. The schedule is subject to change to some weeks early yoga around 07.00. Guests have both classes daily inclusive with the accommodation rate. Attending yoga classes is not obligatory, but we strongly suggest that you have at least a peek, maybe not the physical part, but breathing or pre-meditation lessons is what you need.
Focusing on breathing, flowing stretches, deep relaxation, correct postures, readings, and classic yoga postures are practiced in a most gentle approach and with individual corrections.
All residents at Namaste Yoga Farm are welcome to the yoga classes in the morning and evening. The level of tuition is adjusted to the experience of the students.
