Yoga classes start on 1st December 2022 every morning from 08.00 to 09.30 (90 min) and 16.00 to 17.30 or Yoga Nidra (Meditation) evenings around 19.00 (60 min) until 31.03.2023 with our in-house teacher. Guests have both classes daily inclusive of the accommodation rate. Attending yoga classes is not obligatory, but we strongly suggest that you have at least a peek, maybe not the physical part, but breathing or pre-meditation lessons is what you need.
Focusing on breathing, flowing stretches, deep relaxation, correct postures, readings, and classic yoga postures are practiced in a most gentle approach and with individual corrections. All residents at Namaste Yoga Farm are welcome to the yoga classes in the morning and evening. The level of tuition is adjusted to the experience of the students.
